The Department of State has released the Visa Bulletin for December 2015. There was no forward movement 

in the dates for filing for the family-based or employment-based categories.

There was forward movement in the "final action dates" for the employment-based, second preference category for India, which advanced to June 1, 2007. In addition, the employment-based, third preference category for China advanced to April 15, 2012.
