The Visa Bulletin for October 2014 has been released. There was a small amount of forward movement in most categories. It is notable that about half of the employment-based preference categories, including all EB-5 categories, are now current. The India employment-based second preference date will be held at May 1, 2009 due to increased demand, in order to keep usage within the FY2015 annual limit.
